On to the leaders summit

After two and a half years, SFC leaders from all over the world will gather in Bangkok, Thailand for the 2nd Global Leaders Summit. The GLS is an extremely important event for SFC as issues and the SFC mission are discussed and big directions are cascaded. Unlike most conferences where directions are just given, the GLS is a venue where ideas are exchanged and actions are planned.

Shok Ariola, SFC International Coordinator, stresses the importance the GLS by pointing out that it is a venue to understand the spirit and direction of the ministry. He added also that through the GLS, leaders can and will get inspired by the evangelization work from all over the world. He said that it does not end with inspiration but in actually meeting those who you can help and those you can help you and your mission area. He continues to invite everyone, especially leaders, to take part in the 2nd GLS.

He also invites everyone to take part in the first ever Backpackers Great Adventure Tour where mission teams will go to any of the following areas – Cambodia, Chiang Mai, Laos, Myanmar, Phuket and Vietnam – after the GLS. The backpackers great adventure is a week long mission trip for SFCs.
